Accommodation

Please use the online registration for hotel reservation.

Cologne offers a wide variety of hotel accommodation in all categories. A large number of hotel rooms at different rates have been blocked for the time of the conference. The hotels are located in the vicinity of the conference venue and easily accessible by public transportation or even within walking distance.

The hotel occupancy in Cologne at this time is high. Therefore, we recommend that you book your hotel as soon as possible.

Payment

All payments have to be made in Euro (€). Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) will be accepted as well as payment by bank transfer. An invoice can be requested on the last page of the registration.

Cancellations

All changes or cancellations have to be submitted in writing.
